Disclaimer of Warranty:

Seller expressly excludes all implied warranties of merchantability and all implied warranties of fitness. Purchaser accepts the product sold as is and acknowledges there are no warranties. Seller shall not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages.

The purchaser understands and recognizes that Street Rod gas tanks and fuel pumps are highly specialized items that are subjected to many varied conditions and uses because of the manner in which they are installed by the purchaser or his agents.

The purchaser or his agents assumes all responsibility for the results of usage of the product supplied.

Shipping Policy:

We ship via UPS Ground Service. Many states require up to 5 working days for delivery; not counting the day it shipped. Plan ahead and order early. Quoted shipping dates are approximate.

Payment:

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card. We do not charge your account until the order is ready to ship. C.O.D. shipments will require cash or a money order when delivered. You will be charged the current UPS C.O.D. fee.

Backorders:

Polyethylene tanks are usually in stock. Call to check current availability. Steel and stainless steel tanks are not in-stock items. Due to our efforts to maintain high quality and the thoroughness of our testing program, we may be backordered for a number of weeks. Plan ahead ... order early.

Sending Units:

We so not sell or supply sending units. Our tanks are designed to accept all popular aftermarket senders such as Stewart Warner, VDO, Classic Instruments, Datcon, etc. The ohms rating of your sender must be compatible with your gauge.

Damage Claims:

Damage claims must be made with the shipper (UPS).

Prices, features, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue any model or material of construction at any time.

Warning:

Seller shall not be responsible for improper installation of the gas tanks or fuel pumps by purchaser or his agents. Improper installation can cause the product to malfunction and/or cause injury to purchaser's vehicle and/or cause injury or death to occupants.
